Cleo & Alexandra
Cleo lives in a small town in Sweden and is in a relationship
with Jokke, who has expressed his longing for children. Cleo
feels uncertain, having just begun to pursue her dream of
becoming a writer, but at the same time, she wants to fit in
with the people around her. Torn between her boyfriend's
desire for a family and her own dreams, Cleo begins to
question what she truly wants. The big question arises:
who is she meant to be? As the external pressure grows
stronger, the decision she has been avoiding becomes
harder and harder to delay.
Cleo & Alexandra is a story about two voices fighting within
the same body. How do you listen to yourself when you're
unsure whether the voice is truly yours or shaped by the
opinions and expectations of others?
